There is a VANDU gathering from 12 to 2 at Oppenheimer, and 5 to 7 at the Art Gallery.
Today is International Overdose Awareness day. Our mayor has shut down an overdose prevention site in an area that has the 2nd highest rate of toxic drug overdoses and deaths in the city. His costly plebiscite will increase stigma and the likelihood of fatal overdoses.
