C qualifies for transportation on the basis of her disability. It's a contract with a third party that is basically Uber for schoolkids, but like, background checked drivers with vans. Which is cool, but what about twin sister? oh, we have to apply for an "exception."

They arrived by dinghy from Tehran then managed to pass through security. Just so happened they managed to conveniently hijack three vans and then drive to Fairford. Well done to Nigel and the gang for alerting us to this evil.
