I have to be on a VLCD for this whole month.. I've Only barely made it through a week and I honestly don't think I can do this..

Tää aloitetaan pätkäpaastolla ja VLCD-jaksolla. Vaikka ruoka on minimissään, kykenin eilen pinkomaan niitä portaita ennätyksen. Päivällä on energiaa vaikka mihin ja piti oikein huolehtia, että syön kaikki tarvittavat kalorit.

When I am at my thinnest, it’s intentional, but it’s almost never done in a manner that is truly safely…it’s usually the result of a VLCD and extreme amounts of exercise, which is…not good or sustainable for the long term, sadly.

I'm doing a carefully managed VLCD (very low calorie diet). I take a broad set of vitamins. Electrolyte supplement twice a day. Greatly increased water and salt intake. Careful macro breakdown. I am also obese (so there's plenty for my body to use). Already ran whole plan by my doctor.

I'm doing a carefully managed VLCD (very low calorie diet). I take a broad set of vitamins. Electrolyte supplement twice a day. Greatly increased water and salt intake. Careful macro breakdown. I am also obese (so there's plenty for my body to use). Already ran whole plan by my doctor.
Weightloss been progressing at a steady rate. Almost the same level i was at the post surgery last year.
Next summer i should be a back to my 2022 level. If i can keep it up that is.
Then i got it going down by vlcd. Maybe this time i can go lower w/ PT
Wish it went faster but its just a dream
