It's virtually impossible to prevent Russia from importing small quantities of commercially available microelectronics, but as this analysis points out, the quantities for drones aren't that small:

Don't get a FoodSaver. Seriously. They're not great.
What you want it a VacMaster VP230, some 9mil foil bags. (Like, maybe 1000 or so quart bags, and about 500 gallon bags, to start), + O2 absorbers and desiccant packs. Much better performance.
