I felt like my goal selection this game was pretty on point this game and I threatened a lot before finally committing to a line :3

The partial archipelago is fine - has Barbuta, Porgy, Vainger, Night Manor, Party House (sort of), Divers (new!), and Golfaria (soon), alongside basic progress checks for all other games. It's all actively being worked on and tuned with feedback from community members.

Btw just so we know what to expect: Other M was a 79 on MC, Hunters a 84. And of course Dread with 88, so that's putting the bar for "decent" at around 95 or something like that for this series.
It's wild that Vainger, 1/50 of UFO50, is infinitely more memorable (idk if I like it!) than Dread.

Great transition into VVVVVV because of the gravity flipping gimmick, but the thing that really sticks with me is that it’s a Metroidvania where each upgrade has multiple uses depending on which part of the body it’s equipped to, that’s a great idea

Only just scratching the surface of this, but I can tell this is a big highlight; awesome Metroidvania where the gravity flip platforming is almost secondary to how cool the upgrade structure is - the fire chip can be a plasma beam or varia suit depending on where you put it! That rules!

Made me think of Vainger from Ufo 50
(23/?) Vainger is the second gravity flipping game in UFO 50, and is a more standard metroidvania. It has the interesting idea of giving powerups multiple uses, but its shortness means none of the powers or their multiple combinations gets developed. It is the most familiar platformer of the bunch.
