Lay on Hands

🪶 🦈 | #art #oc #ocsky #illust #dnd #ValentinoCorsetti #Crow
Valentino with his face buried into Crow's bleeding hand, repentant. He's holding both hands to Crow's, cradling it. There's magic emanating between Val's face and Crow's palm. The background is a dull ivory, and Val seems to bleed into the background slightly.

A greyscale sketch of the same couple from the previous image. They're both sitting up in bed, sharing a tender kiss. Valentino has his hand on Crow's chest, and Crow is holding the blanket over Val's shoulder. They're back lit from the sunlight filtering in from a window.

And there was no promise made, despite.

🪶 🦈 | #art #oc #dnd #sketch #ValentinoCorsetti #crow
A dark aasimar and a triton, Crow and Val, are in one scene broken into two perspectives. Crow is bleeding, wounds on his face and blood on their hands, but is being held tightly by Valentino. Crow is unable to return the embrace, looking more startled than anything. the second view is of valentino with his face partially hidden into crow’s shoulder, asking them, “Please don’t go where I can’t follow.”

Valentino takes up an embarrassing amount of space in what is essentially my work notebook/diary.

🦈 | #art #oc #ocsky #dnd #WaterDeepDragonHeist #ValentinoCorsetti #scribbles
A partial notebook spread of Valentino. On the left is a small comic between him and a man named davil. after Davil expresses some mild, but genuine concern, Val reacts shaken and flustered by this. on the right is a mess i can barely understand it. But it’s a small storyboard of a bang! animatic between valentino and crow. and the tiniest thumbnails trying to refine the comic on the left. and then a little matryoshka doll of zixuan and ulrik wahaha Image of val rubbing the back of his neck, flustered and avoiding eye contact with someone. accompanied with an unrelated headshot of valentino bleeding and banged up looking like he’s ready for a fight. Image of Valentino as a young man seeing himself grown and fully transitioned. He’s pointing at him, bright eyed and amazed while the older version of him is much more tempered and relaxed.
