Stream implies many individual values. I would use `valueStream`

A value stream is a stream of values, so `valueStream` would be my choice.

Quick informal poll wrt Jackson 2.19/3.0 naming of Stream accessor methods.

Stream over Object/Array values should be named as:

1. `valueStream()` OR
2. `valuesStream()`

? (singular vs plural)
