thinking about him again… tits out for varimathras
Thinking about Ambassador Sunsorrow the day after the Battle for the Undercity when his coworker who stood opposite him for years has been “killed” for being a co-conspirator in the wrathgate new plague mass murder plot and he’s got to turn up to work in his low cut robe like everything’s normal

And we get to have an un-ruined Sylvanas potentially forever and maybe even get to keep Varimathras around too.

Quick Ibis doodle- Fun fact- Alaska looks awfully similar to Varimathras, and Alaska, Ant, Rose and Abalone are related to Detheroc, Balnazzar and Varimathras :3

God, between Putress and Varimathras, this campaign really is just "showing us the Forsaken characters actually *helping* the Forsaken in the time before their deaths"
I am a fan, and I am being serviced lol

Fun Maria Trivia: Varimathras as a boss in Antorus is giving me an anxiety attack when I see him. I don't know why, I have looked at far more hardcore and scary things in games and horror films. But him specifically makes my stomach drop instantly that I can't do Antorus and need Nat to carry me

Every time I think about what might have been (Anub'arak joining the forsaken and replacing Varimathras as Sylvanas' right hand) I scream a bit

Which Dreadlord names are your favorite (1-3)? I'll start with mine:
- Varimathras
- Kathra'natir
How about the rest of you?

Hell, depending on if the Legion dreadlords were still considered beings of death or true demons, either Varimathras or Mal'ganis *has* to still be alive somewhere, given where they died.
Either would be a very easy face to bring back to represent those not serving Denathrius.

Never noticed until recently that he’s in the background of that one Sylvanas artwork and he’s serving so much face that I feel bad for never realising before

when I saw his new model I personally didn’t like it 😭 I honestly like his original reforged model in my opinion..

Demons usually bleed fel green, Demon Hunters seem to follow the same rule, for example you can see how Varimathras’ wounds are oozing green blood and when Illidan stops Turalyon’s blade he also bleeds green and so does Kor’vas in Harbingers. There could be exceptions but this seems like the rule!

But…elves…
Ok so Grandmaster Vole ofc! I miss him
For a long time I was actually a very big Varimathras fan :)
A new but important addition is Dagran! I think he could shape up to be such an interesting character and I love his characterisation in the Lilac and the Stone.
Every dredger there is.

Ogre Trivia #101: Mug'thol is the leader of the Crushridge clan in Alterac. He and his clan were Stonemaul who remained in the Eastern Kingdoms, but was mind controlled by Sylvanas to attack Varimathras. The Crown of Wills freed him and he formed the Crushridge clan.

Some have solid colours :) There's 2 models. Only Balnazzar, Varimathras and Tichondrius have it, the other 6 have the other model.

Varimathras. He even did the classic "the evil grand vizier betrays their master but fucks it up" move.
