Grüner Veltliner: fris, aromatisch (vinaigrette!)
Mosto: géén balsamico tradizionale, wel 100% most en vatgerijpt
Granhota réserve: superbe rodewijnazijn, rond, complex en het zuur mooi in balans met wat zoet.

Het is vatgerijpt bier op whiskyvaten. Dat is erg lekker.

Please people. Both of these lots on auction are already at least at double their worth. Some of it, you can even buy in a regular bottle shop. This stuff should be forbidden.
If you have beer that you don't want to drink, sell it for a reasonable price.

Hertog Jan got criticism on their Proeftuin project. Last year, the best received beer was a wheat wine. Now they released a cognac barrel aged version. Fans are enthusiastic.
It's nice, but barrel dominated. Distant sniff and mouthfeel reveal some base beer, but to me the balance is a bit lost.
