Both are expensive, but the Vdara and ARIA properties (connected by a sky bridge) are smoke free. The Vdara doesn't have a Casino, but the ARIA does.

2009年12月にオープンしたラスベガスのホテルVdara（ヴィダーラ）は、その外観デザインが凹面鏡のようになっており、ガラス面に反射された太陽光が集中する下のプールサイドではひどいやけどを負う宿泊客も出たとのことで、「ヴィダーラの殺人光線」と呼ばれるようになってしまったそうです。

逆に殺人光線を利用してバーベキュウをやる手もあるよね。

We adopted a puppy from the Luxor in Las Vegas. That and Blue Man Group were the only good things about that hotel. Very thankful we stayed at Vdara

OTD 2009 the first hotel in City Center (now Aria Campus) opened. MGM Mirage and Dubai World executives opened Vdara; a non-gaming 57-story, 1,495-suite confo-hotel luxury property. Its now owned by Blackstone Group & managed by MGM.

Vdara, Elara, and Signature at MGM Grand are all strip hotels without casinos. Vdara has been used by NBA teams during Summer League.

So the Vdara Hotel in Las Vegas was the first one and the Walkie Talkie in London that melted the Jaguar was the second. The Vdara apparently didn't make the news like the Walkie Talkie did, even though it hurt a couple folks. Singed hair and some really bad sunburns.

My fiancé and I were in Vegas for a week in December. We started our stay at the Bellagio and hated it, then moved to the Vdara and had a much nicer time… at which point we realized, we don’t actually like Vegas, we like nice hotel rooms with kitchens.
