I think I'd say Cherubimon in frontiers, neat design, an interesting backstory for why he is the way he is and a pretty big threat
He also created Duskmon/Velgemon which is my favorite spirit so that's a plus hehe

Just wish he was the final bad of frontiers instead of Lucemon
