I can only imagine this would break down at high deltas/veryfast moving ships right? not that either would typically be a problem in a shmup

yea perhaps i shouldve started with 18mg of my medication since the 32mg has been out of of my system for months. i am going VERYFAST and my heart and head are pounding as one but i am getting music work done properly for the first time in ages it feels so good to be productive again!!!!!!

U just need to paste this here "-c:v hevc_nvenc -cq 23" and delete "-c:v libx264 -preset veryfast -crf 22" in this file called video_splitter.py and ur cpu will not melt down coz its running on ur gpu :|

I should also really evaluate my ripping quality in obs. 2500kbps h264 veryfast is barely ok, not good.
Part of me wants to try hardware encoding, but I don't have the skills to compare now. I'd need some ability to run replicable experiments, capturing very high bandwidth obs recording playback?
