I thought the overall request was fishy so I looked over Vgens ToS, refund policies and articles regarding suspended/restricted accounts and found that sending money to an account after it had been suspended was actually against tos!! I had laid this out in my final discord DM to them which -

Regarding Vgens broker issues, Im so glad they are gone.
The feed feels more digestive, and the art less generic anime style tm. Its refreshing.
I didnt really notice the difference between brokers and indie artists, but now it looks more clear.

SHE GOT BANNED CHAT
She was part of the massive #VGEN broker ban that just happened.
I feel so justified now but I feel awful for everyone who recently commissioned her for a YCH

Was promptly ignored, and continued to be ignored after they had moved to messaging me on IG with the same request. I decided to go right to vgen and get clarification on the situation which lo and behold, as per vgen an internal investigation had determined suspension/refunds were appropriate
![Vgens response: Hello [irl name blocked out]
Thank you for reaching out to VGen support and for your patience as we reviewed your inquiry.
After an internal investigation was conducted by the moderation team, action was taken against the user. That said, we are not able to fully disclose or provide exact details regarding the outcome of the investigation for privacy reasons.
As a result of the investigation, it was determined that a refund for COMM#XLLW7HGHYW8P will be initiated on our end. You should receive the returned balance to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with today, or if you have any additional concerns.

does someone who's finnish know how to set up the vgen payment method? :(
it keeps asking me for an American card or bank but according to vgens page the vgen payout system should be available to finnish artists too :(

Friendly announcement! I’m NO LONGER on Twitter due to people not comprehending vgens TOS (which I even made a ticket to vgen for clarification and what I’m doing is the proper way to do code giveaways)! So! If you see an account on Twitter with my name, it is NOT ME!

It's #PortfolioDay! I'm Uylisis, a writer and artist who creates both webcomics and webnovel!
I'm hoping to expand my creations into other media as well, like animations~! I also stream on Twitch and am available for commission work!

Heads for the future, I submitted a ticket to kofi, if this xml issue doesn't get resolved, I will more than likely be moving to vgen, which honest let's face it....vgens probably better. I'll still keep kofi up for memberships but if the error isn't fixed commissions will be handled over on vgen.

Yes it’s still coming, I’m just working on a graphic! But according to vgens giveaway policy, I need to be able to vouch for their art myself! I’d need to be able to see some pieces and possibly some link to their socials :)

So to become an Astros on VGen you have to get an invite code from either one of the vgen code raffles they hold in VGens socials or you can get an artist invite code from a verified artist on VGen who has additional invite codes🙂↕️🫶

You're very welcome Kau🙂↕️🫶 and if i remember correctly you can absolutely make an account VGen as a client and upgrade your account from a basic client account to an artist account later when you do acquire an invite code from either vgens raffles or your verified artist friends🙂↕️🫶✨️
