I'm not sure about that. i contacted my hosting service (vicetemple) and they are already working on a server side solution that they can provide their user with. and i think other hosting service are working on it too.

the cost might not land on the website but the hosting.

I have heard some horror stories about ViceTemple personally though they seem to be well-rated, so that’s tricky. Some people I know have sworn by HostGator oddly enough, saying their ToS was fairly decent (this was 2yrs ago so grain of salt though!) Wish I could just install LAMP on Whatbox. :(

like, i'm on vicetemple, and they are working on a server side solution for ID verification if needed be. So the infrastructure wouldn't fall on the small users
