Theatre Drama, England in c1905
Late again! Here's a tense moment in this costume drama reproduced on a vintage postcard. It could be a scene from "Clancarty" at the Lyric Theatre in 1907. See ALT for info

A black and white postcard in portrait format. It shows a lady actor in costume standing next to a man in a chair in costume with a very pained expression. This is Miss Evelyn Millard and Mr Lewis Waller, both actors in Shakespeare plays, but also in melodramas like "Clancarty" which played at the Lyric Theatre, London in 1907. The costumes are great!
