Love this little lore Easter egg in #HaloCampaignEvolved.

Linda is my favorite #Halo character, and some of you will remember that I use her helmet in #HaloInfinite.

Elouyn 💖 4.0 DEBUT 30th OCTOBER!

@elouyn.me

I had issues setting up my Elgato HD60 recently to stream Tamogachi Life, especially as the software is Win11 only, so I found an indie software called VideoGameCapture that worked a treat, haven't had a single issue with it. I don't know if trying a different software would help you out?

Wait, update! In OBS, turning Video Format to P010 and Color Space to Rec. 709 appears to fix the issue!

There's one other capture software I use (VideoGameCapture, for streaming to Discord) but it has no such options so I gotta figure out a workaround.

Hey @itch.io, I keep trying to ask a question in the comments of the VideoGameCapture page, but they never get approved. Why not? I haven't done anything wrong, and I'm asking a legitimate question.

Today I'll be trying a different OBS encoder, which I now learned uses NVIDIA's format by default, because OF COURSE it does.

Whatever's causing the BSoDs has to be coming from OBS, since VideoGameCapture actually works fine when I'm not broadcasting. It only ever happens while I'm live.

Emulator windows?

No! What you're seeing is my new console setup. Thanks to a new program called VideoGameCapture (yes that's its name), I can show multiple capture card feeds on my PC without OBS!

A bit of latency is unavoidable, but the flexibility is offers in return is pretty amazing.

There's a bit of latency, but the program (called VideoGameCapture) is minimizing it as much as possible and I think it's at an acceptable point.

I don't think I'll have the energy to livestream by the time I'm finished, so I'll just do a Mini Mario Game Marathon tomorrow (Sunday March 15, 2026).

I love when I find a niche app to help me do a niche thing, and this is one of those apps: immernochnoah.itch.io/videogamecap...

It just lets me see and hear what's going through my capture card. I can then screenshare the app on Discord, allowing me to stream my console games. Niche, and handy.
