After testing on my server by banning the Viggle app (Animate option) using its User ID it was still able to make posts. Also disabling "/" commands for users did not prevent them from using the bot. External bots were already not allowed on the server as well.

Discord did not develop these apps. These are user-install apps dev'd by 3rd parties.
Discord did not "ADD" those. They've been here FOR A LONG TIME
