This was me 5 months of it, finally got blood work done, prescribed Vit.D + Vit B complex (all B vits) and lo and behold...cleared up. Doc explained just general run down immune system let's things linger. VitD was high dosage for 1 month 20.000i.e and then 1.000i.e for rest of winter until spring.

BlueSky friends that are into performance and endurance #cycling #running and #trailrunning what are your basic go to daily supplements? Mine are mostly for overall health with a bit of performance. Daily VitD 4000iu, VitC 1000iu, B-Complex, MSM, creatine and protein powder.

Genetic testing showed epigenetic changes to GSTP1, so I take liposomal glutathione to counter the genetic deficiency.
I am also taking butyrate (supports GI), SCFAs, CoQ10, B complex, OPTI-GHI, Nattokinase, VitD, along with my heart meds.
Its a massive cocktail requiring precise timing all day.

Oh that's also good to know. I figured I would ask someone at H&B or Boots about it. I think more VitD can't hurt for sure.

Und doch nochmal klugscheissen…das klingt nach Beteiligung der Kognition. Da immer B Vitamine unterstützend sinnvoll und auch q10…nebst VitD Spiegel>50. Gute Besserung auf jeden Fall!!

Huh. Wondering now if I my gluten intolerance got worse, or it’s the alpha gal. 🤔 I’m highly sensitive to mammal products, to the point that I react to Cheerios, b/c the vitD they use has animal origins. Being special is great! /sarcasm 🫠

About my titers: they are checked (for the main previously vaccinated diseases/illnesses when I was a kid) every 18 months or so, whilst my immune system (lymphocytes in general, including WBC, B/T-cells, antibodies, etc) functionality is checked via labs drawn every 4 weeks (CBC/CMP/TSH/T4/VitD…).

Yeah I take vitD from September until march/april every year :b the curse of living high north.
I've once in a while reacted to pollen but nothing I've ever felt was a problem. Might just have changed around a bit for me. Right now it seems to have had an effect!

Ouch I feel for you! But if it helps your sanity (or maybe not), here in Australia in the middle of summer my VitD is so low I have to take 3x the recommended dose just to keep a half-way decent blood level. I'm not sure why I thought that would help - maybe b/c maybe sun can be as useless as rain 😂

New research examines vitamin D receptor (VDR) biology across cell-of-origin subtypes of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.

Findings suggest tumoural VDR & cell‑of‑origin classification may help identify patients who could benefit from VitD₃.
