Also, to be blunt, a constitution isn't a moral imperative, it's an agreement for a political modus vivendi. If one party starts trying to subvert it, then a proportionate response to demonstrate it won't work is not only warranted but needed.

This i think it's why we're going to see a genuinely antagonistic relation between the Dems and mainstream media. The old modus vivendi was you believe the GOP party line but (somewhat) deliver earned media on merit. No more!

IIRC, it was from there that I also learned there were a few cathedral chapters that split across reformation lines, but kept their corporate structure, and found a modus vivendi between Catholic and Lutheran factions by a rotation of facilities' use and even in alternating election of bishops

Fans collected tens of thousands of signatures begging Vivendi to make Space Quest 7 or sell the rights back to Mark Crowe and Scott Murphy. Vivendi didn't care
