Update on the #VotingSoSketchy story
We were told we could not watch ballots being put into ballot bags & sealed during #EarlyVoting in the #Bronx, #NY. I made a video about it that got 3 million views. NYC Board of Elections then banned me as a poll watcher. So we took them to court & won. youtu.be/42EJAp3ayIA

#VotingSoSketchy indeed! Thx @smartelections.bsky.social for keeping on it!
#Westchester #VotingSoSketchy #Voting machines down all day. Ballots are being collected in #emergency ballot bags. Now they are updating the voting machines with some type of update to try to get them working again. Headsup. You're not supposed to update voting machines in the middle of an election

We're taking The Bronx Board of Elections to court because of #VotingSoSketchy. They say we can't write down the seal numbers on the ballot bags at the close of polls. But without the seal numbers, the seals are pretty meaningless.

#VotingSoSketchy #Bronx Update. We filed a #lawsuit against #NewYorkCity Board of Elections. They're refusing to let our pollwatchers observe. They're also trying to ban our Exec Dir #LuluFriesdat as a pollwatcher. We're researching lawsuits in TN & SC.

Not the 1st time I found sketchy voting in #NewYorkCity. In 2021 I found a polling location with 698 more ballots than voters. In the 2026 primary we went to court over #VotingSoSketchy - Brooklyn Board of Elections lost the paperwork for 17 districts!

Until the ruling is published, broader #VotingSoSketchy claims seem premature.
Even SMART Elections' public description focuses on poll-watcher observation rights, not a problematic procedure, count, altered results, fraud, or evidence that would support the hashtag's hyperbolic implications
