I've noticed that so many Vtubers talk over voice acted lines or cutscenes, and I truly don't understand it.

I know that you have to respond to chat, but what stops you from pausing the game? Or waiting a bit? Have a little respect for voice actors.

I have a question, how do other vtubers out there who use a webcam actually place it to get good tracking. I know its supposed to be eye level, but I would rather not have a camera right Infront of my screen when I play my games... So how do you deal?
