Good point. I think people associate it with witchcraft, but Hudu/vuhdo/voodoo are basically the same thing, but African, and based on an actual coherent religion.

This WoW content creator did a tik tok tutorial on a new base UI feature and literally all I said in the comments was “VuhDo is way easier to use” or some shit along those lines and they lost their mind on me in the replies 😂😂😂 okay bro unfollowed then holy fuck. What an ass.

Tell him VuhDo is working now! On Curseforge you download the latest alpha/beta version! Instead of hitting INSTALL directly, click the VERSIONS tab and download the newest one… saved me so much lol

I haven't played in over 4 months, I quit the game when the beta first started and healing addons were severely compromised. Heard from the Vuhdo author, pretty much nothing will work anymore except changing the size/shape of the unit frames. No more displaying buffs or customizing HP display.

I refuse to heal without VuhDo… so I guess I’m done with retail if this doesn’t change. I’m so disappointed.

I ended up quitting in October over the addon changes (due to Vuhdo), and now I'm working 12 hour days (but fewer days per week) on a night shift datacenter job that wouldn't leave me any time for WOW. Vuhdo is supposed to work at a basic level but nothing like before, I wonder what it's like.

No VuhDo so every single healer spec is dead for me.
Wanted to at least do the story so tried to pick what to main by the dps specs I like.
Elemental is fucked. Feels so gross.

I'm at least 90% certain VuhDo will be back, and Cell has confirmed a version for Midnight although it doesn't look like it's updated yet.

I hear ya. I've been using VuhDo since LK after Healbot kept having issues every patch big or small. I'm having a love/hate with Cell right now. Using it for the moment because Vuhdo isn't recognizing my spells. I click a side mouse button and it opens a bag >.< I'm disappointed too.

I hope it works for you! Yeah using the profiles and key layouts in VuhDo is so easy imo. I won’t be able to play without it honestly. I have too many alts lol

It's built into the nameplate click casting addon called Cell that I use. I used to use vuhdo, and healbot before that. But cell is 10x better/easier to use than the former two.

I have so many alts LOL and at least half of them have a heal spec or are my alt healers. My main is a healer. There was a problem with Wild Growth and VuhDo not casting it or something.

I never used Vuhdo, was always a Grid & Clique girl, myself. I am now using... DandersFrames and Clique because Plexus (which worked prior to this expansion) was brutally murdered, from what I can tell. 😓 Totally get you on why you left. It's hard to change how you've done something. I hate it. :/

OH!!! I never thought to do that LOL. I think I will. I had help setting up Cell on my main. I just don't want to go through all that to do it on my alt healers. Setting up VuhDo is so easy.

This a first for me. I have double checked my spells and such on all my alts I was still using VuhDo on. And it happens on all of them even though the spells are in there correctly. It's so weird lol It is up to date too, so I have no idea.
