He is, but I'm not sure he's a No8 at international level and with other options he's not going to play No10. World Cup-winning left-wingers Perrotta (WC2006), Iniesta (WC2010), Ozil (WC2014) and Matuidi (WC2014) would have said the same about their favoured position!
