I beat the drum of WCAG having modules because it works so well for CSS. But that's just an expression of a completely different culture.

Imagine there was "Mistakes we made" page for WCAG. But no, that's not a failure culture that exists in WCAG/accessibility.

Either you're perfect or you're […]

When Content Vanishes: Understanding WCAG Failure F102
Content that disappears at 320px viewport width violates WCAG 2.2 Success Criterion 1.4.10. F102 documents this failure pattern and why automated tools miss it.

F101: When the Click Fires Too Early
WCAG Failure F101 documents a preventable mistake: triggering controls on the down-event instead of the up-event. For users with motor disabilities, it's a consistent source of unrecoverable errors.

F100: The 'Please Rotate' Message That Fails WCAG 1.3.4
The orientation door slam — hiding content behind a rotate-your-device message — isn't a UX quirk. It's a documented WCAG 2.2 failure that locks out users who cannot physically reorient their devices.

For the HTML→WCAG→fix loop, I’d run the same page through two fix/rescan cycles. PASS = the original issue disappears, no new violation is introduced, and the agent doesn’t oscillate between two “fixes.” If useful, I can turn that into a small independent test.

Worth a read for anyone running a public site. Automated tools find only some accessibility barriers, and many WCAG checks need a person, which is hard to square with a one-script overlay promise.
