This is by no means the fault of the WGS or gender clinicians themselves, but is a deeply disappointing and dangerous decision by higher-ups to play politics instead of person-centred care.

My offhand math is doing an across the board fire close to all the probie new hires just in the GS/equivalent systems would net probably at least 50K people, maybe closer to 75K, but expand that to the WGs and it's like 150K+
