#WHRMcon The crime here isn’t just that his scene was cut, but his mere FOUR SECONDS of would-be screen time. In both design and technical artistry this was a fully-realized character with nuance, texture and backstory…you could almost SMELL him.

#WHRMcon Performer is Brian “Creatureboy” Steele, who’s film credits are too long to list here but is best known for particularly large and physically demanding practical creatures, such as Sammael and Mr. Wink from the Hellboy movies. This is his job. Monster dress-up is his JOB!

#WHRMcon Second…with a change of clothes and a dye job, the Were-Hyena suit was brought back for the climactic battle in Anchorman 2 (2013). Brian Steele returned as suit performer…and also as a minotaur in this segment, which is why we never see the two characters face off.
