1. Have he been jailed or prosecuted before in China or Europe? Why does Dutch Gov not prosecute him ?

While this is not the first commission i got from winty, it is non then less a very special one, at the time i felt pretty down and wanted to express this in a piece. That while it may suck now if i keep pushing onward it will get better.
