There is a `position: support` from both Mozilla amd WebKit … and there are WPTs … so this seems like a _very_ good candidate indeed :)

Seems like Blink and Gecko support trimming the negative leading to actually grow the text box, but WebKit doesn't. I'm going to add some WPTs for this and file an issue with the CSSWG about if this should be supported / have an explicit note in the spec. (It seems like a useful behavior.)

I went there in November 2017 for a conference with WPTS, it is a fantastic city to visit as a tourist. The riverwalk, the churros, the food, Mi Tierra, etc. I want an excuse for a trip

yeah no Mr. Brightside gets a pass because it’s just one of those “white people go crazy” songs

I have a lot of nostalgia for it from WPTS-affiliated house shows (along with “Man of Constant Sorrow”)

WXPN just played “The Reeling” by Passion Pit, and I can confidently say that the only other time I’ve heard it on the radio was when I played it myself at WPTS

Reading through the essays in the expanded edition of @carlzoilus.bsky.social's 33 1/3 on Let's TalK About Love.

Jonathan Sterne's contribution begins with an anecdote about a 2002 course he taught at Pitt. He correctly, lovingly, calls out me and my fellow WPTS folks who'd enrolled that term.

I figure I might as well plug my radio show here. It's called Wall of Summer, on WPTS radio, Tuesdays 3-5 EST.

The title of tomorrow's set is "Arbitrary Thought Execution". I'm gonna play music from games, music about games, musique concrete, and early electronic music.

When I went to school up the hill, we had all kinds of sarcastic names for it, and now I work there, so the joke's on me.

Thing I was surprised to find out: Radio reception inside on the upper floors is surprisingly bad (I guess because of all of the steel) but thank goodness I can get WRCT & WPTS
