Wonder how many people complaining about AEW involvement at the upcoming WrestleKingdom actually watch NJPW regularly? The aim is to draw a good crowd.

It sounds like they're setting up Power Struggle to be New Japan's Forbidden Door show, which is a great idea for selling WrestleKingdom 🤼

He friggin killed it in 2023 at WrestleKingdom when he had the full on suit and matching fedora for with Kenny Omega Vs Will Ospreay

Well Power Struggle is next month, but that leads into Wrestlekingdom (their biggest show of the year).

I understand where they're coming from in terms of Wrestlekingdom, it's reading like a forbidden door card. I'm sure much more njpw matches will be announced, that card is far from complete. It'll balance out.

I have gone from complaining all week about a potential AEW vs NJPW Wrestlekingdom to jumping out of my seat at the prospect of Omega x Tsuji
I think it’s perfectly fine to be a hypocrite to support Omega and this match (even if Okada made more sense)

Imagine how obnoxious an MJF wrestlekingdom entrance would be 🤣
After Ryohei Oiwa won a tag team match with Zack Sabre Jr., MJF appeared on the Korakuen Hall screen and laid out the challenge to the G1 CLIMAX 36 Winner!
He even wants to put his “Triple B” AEW World Championship on the line.

My hope is Oiwa did all those headlocks during G1 because Oiwa vs MJF is main eventing WrestleKingdom. Until I'm wrong, I'll dream.

When Jeff Jarrett faces Blue Panther at the CMLL anniversary show next Friday, Jarrett becomes the only wrestler in history to wrestle on a WWE WrestleMania, AEW All In, NJPW WrestleKingdom, CMLL Anniversary show, AAA TripleMania, WCW Starrcade & TNA Bound for Glory. 👀 #Wrestlesky

Yeah AEW is the only thing I stay current on. I'll watch g1, wrestlekingdom, new beginnings sakura, and dominion from nooj and then any matches I hear are worth it. I meant to watch cmll fantasticamania live but forgot. ROH, mlw, MLP are all on my radar but not regularly in rotation

That'd be cool leading into either WrestleKingdom or Forbidden Door to crown a New Japan homegrown.
And yeah, a large chunk of New Japan fans, who should know better, would piss themselves over it. I still see New Japan profile pics being overtly pro-WWE and I don't get it.

Same what a build up, what a pre match intro, and then the match just over delivered. My favorite Opsrey and Kenny match and the Wrestlekingdom one was match of its year to me. (and an all timer to me).

That was easily Kenny’s best match since WrestleKingdom with Gabe Kidd

If aew is gonna run a stadium show on mania weekend in april...they need a killer main event. You could use wembley to set that up. Omega joins DCF and callum newman turns on ospreay. Sets up will vs callum at wrestlekingdom AND final boss Omega vs ospreay in April. #Aew
