Was darf man nun in öff. und priv. Gewässern? öff. Gewässer gilt der große Gemeingebrauch gem. § 8 Abs 1 WRG. Das bedeutet, dass man unentgeltlich baden uvm. darf.
Für priv. gewässer gilt. kleine Gemeingebrauch, der das Tränken von Vieh und "Schöpfen mit Handgefäßen" zulässt (§ 8 Abs 2 WRG).

Had a very enjoyable day today finally flying Alaska’s famed milk run, hitting up SEA, KTN, PSG, JNU and ANC.
A little bummed to miss WRG (and the shortest part 121 route WRG-PSG) but at least got a pretty sweet TOGA.
Departure out of PSG was incredible, as was approach into JNU. Good times.

Het was weer overdadig masr wrg lekker, chefs onder elkaar doen altijd verwennen dus er kwamen allemaal extra hapjes op tafel waaronder deze pizza, en mijn bergkind doet weer mal op de foto, golden loc heet het restaurant want ze hebben een gouden locomotief staan in de kelder, een echte vergulde.
