Jasper: I told myself this was a simple uniform, but in the final stages, there's always lace, and buttons, and tassels, and .... Officer's lace is always a bugger. Metallics look weird, but a paint mixture isn't ideal either. #WSSAdvent24 #wargaming

Making a start on my #wssadvent24 project. The Spanish crew for the Silver Bayonet. A suitably non-challenging amount of 9 minis. Possibly also useful characters for Sharp Practice if I ever get that British Peninsular / War of 1812 force going.

Guy: I'm painting 1940s German infantry, using Warlord Blitzkrieg plastics mixed with the new German Veteran Sprue. I've undercaoted them white before I apply Ali's Brown Liquid and then drybrush them for a grisaille effect. #WSSAdvent24 #wargaming
