Piicasa des C’artisan 📸 Mayfield Park - Mar26 #StreetArt #WorkInProgress #Pixelated #LRM #WakeWalkBingo #LightAndShade #Psychogeography
Callum Sommons ala Piicasa is a Painter based in Manchester who specialises is contrasting colours, inspired by nature and the urban environment. I was taken by this shot of him surrounded by spray cans working tirelessly to complete the piece. The work is on an impressive scale and runs the entire side of the park. here’s some he made earlier. a column of three squares each approximately 1 m x 1 m running along at least 250 m of a building site holding the colours changing from deep blue through green and grey yellow orange and red and back again. The overall effect of looking close-up into a pixelated screen and seeing only a detail.
