Here's a pic of all the retro/rescue models that I've managed to re-base and re-paint so far (which I've picked up from various warboot-style events recently).
I also posted a bit more about the last event over on the blog:

What is the best way to locate a warboot near me (UK)?
Unfortunately Internet searches have provided variously; warboots 200 miles away, the Siege Studios controversy, and boat hire.

Back from Penkridge Warboot, and here's what I picked up for £25 - if you include the £1 entry fee
That's 6 old harlequin orcs, 40k deffcopta, and 2 more metal scouts that I'm collecting g (still need to find 2 more to complete the set)
All in all, not too bad really :)

Alright friends, I've been on holiday, but I've now returned.
And, I want to sell you my things!
I'm at the Wirral Warboot tomorrow, selling many minis i don't need.
Some Gondersclassics up for grabs!
Basically everything I'm selling is painted by me! See you there?
Also, Goblins.

Oooooooooh!!!
I've been diving in to the models and lore (as much as I can via youtube, doesn't seem to be much lore out there) but OMG the models are amazing and Aleph models are STUNNING.
Excited!
I have this one I got from a Warboot years ago without knowing what it was!

At the @GamesNwgc WarBoot I was lucky enough to score a couple of real bargains: a few Warhammer Armies books including Dogs of War!
And better yet, I even picked up 5 of the best men from the Vespero’s Vendetta mercenary unit!

Siege Studios trademarked "Warboot", a term used for wargaming swapmeets/car boot sales sort of thing, and issuedd a bunch of infringement notices. Which I don't think will hold water given that it's a widespread term in the UK.

I’m going to be helping out @DunkTwitt at Warboot in Essex in a week’s time. Thinking about selling one of my Tyranid Hierophants. How much should I ask for?

I was at a warboot this weekend, & saw a couple of Capt. Titus 3D prints that I reckon had come from a scan. They were not very good at all.
