While watching screens at work I was tootling about building shopping carts to compare getting #Quar cavalry and hc rulebook from Wargames Atlantic vs Zombiesmith with a 15% sale.

Having a getting to know each other game tomorrow afternoon with a chap who plans on moving here to be close to family. So he'd like to get to know the local gaming scene.
Got 2 or maybe 4 others coming.
Do I run Midgard or Snorkers! (Good Oh!)?

Trying to sort out WW2 USN ship camouflage schemes is... dizzying.
It seems that 1942 was a period of frequent regulation changes.
#navalwargaming #wargamerproblems
Trying to focus on just the Solomons campaign (late 1942 to '43) helps... a little.

Of course I purchased these quantities with Dragon Rampant in mind. They were going to be with the King for a 6 figure Elite Foot unit.

Want to get my #LotRGaming #MiddleEarth #Midgard on.
Need to make more magnetic bases.
The question I set before the Council of #Nerdlings is this:
Do I make special 10 figure bases for the dwarves, or just have the dwarves a bit more spread out with 8 to a base?

Laundry would still get done, folded & put away
Would I set up a painting area in the living room?
Moving the gaming table upstairs, although more salubrious, would mean lugging armies and terrain up & down too.

I was just perusing buying replica Roman coins to use as Reputation Tokens for #Midgard, because maybe I want to play whe Dan and his bag of coins aren't available.
Even looked at 3d print files.
It's cheaper just to use real money....

I'm doing up custom card decks for "Snorkers! (Good Oh!)", as you do. (Mainly because I keep getting confused about who's red & black.)
I'm making data cards for each ship class with a plan drawing & the game stats.
Think I can find any for British E & J class DDs?

Friend gave me some static grass.
Not sure how I like it compared with my usual mix of flocking colours and grades, chopped lichen, and bits of clump foliage.
Seems too much like a golf green.
