Reform UK in Warwickshire’s chaos still continuing following Jo Monk being replaced by Alan Amos as Leader.

Don’t forget this is the Reform UK council that raised Council Tax 9%.

The skill of photographers in the days before the advent of SLRs with telephoto lenses never ceases to amaze me. Middlesex keeper Joe Murrell is cleaned up by Warwickshire's Harry Howell, Lord's, May 16th 1924

A good photo by any standards, but given the equipment of the day a sensational one. Surrey allrounder Alan Peach loses his middle stump to Warwickshire's Harry Howell in the drawn Championship match at The Oval, June 16th 1927

I think we should judge him by how many small boats he prevents from arriving on Warwickshire's coastline. 😉

I enjoyed this one. A great way to celebrate Warwickshire's incoming victory (I hope).

To hear an owl hoot near one's house is one of the myriad of bad luck omens associated with Warwickshire's flora and fauna.

I love owls so it's a shame they don't have a better rep in folklore.

Warwickshire's Nos 10 and 11 Ethan Bamber and Vishwa Fernando squeeze out a victory against Durham at Chester-le-Street.
It's Warwickshire's 11th first-class win by one wicket, and their first since 1999, when they beat Gloucestershire at Birmingham.

Warwickshire's domestic stalwarts leave Yorkshire stars in the shade
Yorkshire require another 451 for victory; it might be more relevant to note that Warwickshire's highest margin of victory is 378, which they inflicted upon Northamptonshire in 1927

Anti racist activists blocked the route out of the station, filling the road. They put in a solid shift delaying the start of the march by over over hour, and Britain First were ultimately only able to march at all because of the kicking handed out to antifascsists by Warwickshire's finest.

I predict no sustained "boom" in cycling after Warwickshire's Tour of Britain stage. Why? Because 1) it treats cycling as just sport/leisure and not everybody wants that; 2) we still are not getting infrastructure to support cycling as everyday transport.
