this was a totally new track that didn't feature on the debut album We don't like the People we've become. The band were moving on fast! Good times #Gallus #WashYourWounds #LifeIsBliss

It had been a busy 2023 before this single came out, with loads of touring round Europe, all of the UK and Ireland. Notably Primavera in Barcelona and an incredible album launch party at King Tuts on June 7 2023. #Gallus #WashYourWounds #LifeIsBliss

This track came out in February 2024 and features guest vocals from Tina Sandwich.

Inspired by an actual wound on Barry's foot, the song evolved and it's subject matter is facing your problems head-on and pushing forward no matter what life throws at you
