Beautiful day to check out the new Biidaasige Park in the Portlands. Full of people. Many connecting trails, water access for boating and fishing, naturalized river vistas, picnic areas, variety of seating, native vegetation. It’s wonderful.

There was hope that TTC/Toronto/WaterfrontToronto would manage the project well and demonstrate what could be done with transit delivery compared to Metrolinx. It is looking more and more like they will do a worse job than Metrolinx such that our future selves may miss the troubles of Lines 5 and 6.

Had no idea it was happening.
Some of it is an hotel which is great to see but if the rest is built with very small condo sizes it will be a hard sell on the current market.
