Wayne County staff presented a memorandum of agreement with the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for replacement of a historic 1947 bridge in Grosse Hill; design is about 90% complete but construction timing depends on funding and is expected to take roughly two construction seasons once started.
