Team Catalyst joined more than 1,700 volunteers in the early morning hours last Thursday for the annual #WeAllCount point in time count. The purpose of the community-wide count is to collect data on the needs of community members experiencing #homelessness in #SanDiego & allocate critical resources.

This annual count helps us gather data so that our region can secure funding and important resources for homeless San Diegans.

This morning the District 9 Team joined volunteers across San Diego for the annual Point-in-Time Count. #WeAllCount is a snapshot count of our unsheltered community members. Recognizing the humanity of people experiencing homelessness is essential to offering the support needed to address it.

Members of the HAP staff went into the night with other volunteers from across the city to conduct the annual Point In Time Count. They walked from 11pm – 2am across their zone to record the number of Philadelphians who are sleeping or living outside, or in vehicles. #weallcount
