Just before the Budget, polling showed that 63% of Brits supported a Wealth Tax.

As was seen recently in California, wealthy people have money to spend on propaganda campaigns to avoid paying wealth tax. And therefore, they have the ability to just pay the tax.
But also, society is why they have their fortunes. And as such, they should give back to society.
