#WeeklyBackgroundArt 14/52:
Shapelands: Part 2.

Turns out I didn't fail! And also I am INCREDIBLY happy with the end result of both this AND the bigger project, which was... a Geometry Dash level I made!!!

You'll find info on the level below! vvv

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 13/52:
Shapelands: Part 1.

Setting myself up for failure here, but Here's the first part of a duo I'm planning to make!

What this is- and the other will be- based on, will hopefully become clear either at, or after the end of next week!

Also it counts for #WeeklyBackgroundArt 12/52 lol.

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 11/52:
Null-Color Cliff.

Not really much to say about this one :v

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 10/52:
Dimensional Balconies.

This is a sort of spin-off of a concept i had of an infinitely tall tower where each door is a completely new and unique world, which in itself is heavily based on the 'Infinity Train' series.

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 9/52:
Out of Bounds.

I actually had a much better idea for this, but with my wrist in pain and therefore the lack of a sketch, I just couldn't do it; I'll revisit that idea in the future.
Good news is my wrist is doing better so... ye :P

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 8/52:
Desolation.

Let's be honest, I'm going simplistic. my wrist kinda hurts so i can't really draw much, and that forces me to do vector art, which while simple and one of my favorites to do, really hinders the exploration i wanted to do with this project. :/

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 7/52:
Orbital Habitat.

Didn't do much this week in the end. First I got busy, then I got distracted, then yesterday I just felt like shit all day. Hopefully next week will be better...

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 6/52:
Corner Store.

I wanted to try a sketchy feel, as well as 2-point perspective since I never did that before, and I am pretty happy with the results! :D

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 5/52:
Head for Volcano Island.

I am enjoying this more angular style of vector art a lot! :D

I will try to keep WBA varied as I actually want to experiment and improve with all kinds of styles and ideas, but so far vector style stays on top! :>

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 4/52:
Home of the Action.

So far this was my favorite one to make!

I really enjoy working with vectors so I will most likely focus on vector backgrounds more often from now on! :D

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 3/52:
Tokyo Sides.

This one ended up becoming something completely different than what i hoped, and that's okay!

I actually got incredibly sick so i couldn't add the last finishing touches to it sadly ;u;

#WeeklyBackgroundArt 2/52:
Cross the Bridge.

This one is... interesting. I am not very happy with the colors and the emptiness of the scene, but that's a good thing because now I know what I'll need to focus on next time!

I'm happy with the scene concept tho! :v

Now presenting a new project of mine!
#WeeklyBackgroundArt!

I've never been the best person at drawing backgrounds, so this year I decided to change that by drawing a cool environment every week! Hopefully this way I'll improve in both the quality and speed in creating them! :>
