Carried 8 extra pounds like a boss via a weighted vest. Walked 3.48 miles. Smiled anyway.

New weighted vest to add a bit of resistance to walking to instructing and taking the kids to and from classes. Today 5km round trip with 10kg. This Mira Fit vest comes with 20 more so that it can go up to 30kg in total.
