Morning run (7.51 miles), did a ratio of .50 of walking and 1.00 of running and kept it at the same rationthroughout the run. I did get rained on the last mile and the lower back felt good. #Running #Morningrun #WetMorning #RunSky #MorningCardio #LowerBackIssues #EndorphinsKeepYouHappy

Today I Saw 5/19/25
A wet morning. Only the singing residents on my bird census, no migrants to be found. 17 species, less than half of yesterday.
Darn character limit. If you want to see what else I wrote, find me in IG or FB.

Four of us turned out for this morning's very wet work aty day at #AshlawncuttingLNR. Cleared the creeping Ivy and soed Garlic Muastard seed, retaining half to oversow in a few weeks aa the ground warms. Also cut scrub to make an alternative access. The large puddle formed as we worked!! #Wetmorning

Thursday already—where did the week go? A bit of soupy weather this morning, but still managed 11.35 km at a 5:10/km pace. Slightly slower than last week, but right in line with my average. #running #wetmorning #runsky #outdoors
