Wheeling approves intergovernmental agreement to reconfigure Sky Harbor parcels with Prospect Heights
Trustees unanimously approved an IGA allowing municipal boundary adjustments so four Sky Harbor airport parcels can be developed together; three parcels will be placed in Prospect Heights and one will remain in Wheeling. Annexation/disconnection ordinances will be scheduled for Aug. 3.
