"Penny Lane is Dead" {Shudder)- graphically violent, whiplash-paced Ozploitation flick set in 1986 with banging soundtrack and punkish vibe to go with it. Wright-Mendelsohn gives a completely unhinged performance as one of the best villains in recent horror. But be warned, it's not a tame film.
