#Whiskyoftheweek are this time six single malts from the Speyside Distillery, which is since last month a ghost distillery. It was a real nice online tasting - very interesting malts!

#Whiskyoftheweek - Ardmore 23y 1998/2022 The Single Malts of Scotland (Elixir Distillers). Only 223 bottles with 51.2% ABV. What a fine single malt! A lot of fruits, earthy smoke in the background.

#Whiskyoftheweek - Ardmore 23y 1998/2022 The Single Malts of Scotland (Elixir Distillers). Only 223 bottles with 51.2% ABV. What a fine single malt! A lot of fruits, earthy smoke in the background.

#Whiskyoftheweek - Glengoyne 16y (ADoS) from Brühler Whiskyhaus in Germany. Matured in PX sherry cask.

For me alcohol was not perfect integrated, especially on the palate bitter flavours, a little too much wood influence.
