We took the narrow-gauge railroad from Skagway up to the summit near Whitepass, British Columbia. I’m sure this mountain is famous but there were many others, just as beautiful.

The historic "Ghost Bridge" on Alaska's White Pass & Yukon Route. Completed in 1901 during the Klondike Gold Rush, this 215-foot steel structure was the world's tallest cantilever. Decommissioned in 1969 and parts are still surviving.

The scale of this mountain was truly incredible to witness. The fully grown pine trees covering its base, mere dots from across the valley, hint at it.
