Wifey also did a wonderful mushroom risotto ❤️👫

Two bowls of food with knives and forks. Stirfried wild boar chorizo, chicken thigh fillets, garlic, red onion, chinese leaf, parsley. Garnished with a Peppadew piquant pepper. Two plates of food, no cutlery. Oven-baked large flat mushrooms, garlic butter, fresh flatleaf parsley, dijon mustard, warm ciabatta rolls. Best food of the week. Wholetail scampi with samphire

Celery crudités and mini naan breads with a romesco dipping sauce

Lime juice on my scampi

📷 🍜 #foodsky #cooking #bakesky #food #cooksky #baking #Photography #BlueskyPhotography #PhotographersUnited #Dinner #FoodPhotography
Two plates of food, knife and fork for wifey, just a fork for me. Wholetail scampi with samphire. Celery crudités and mini naan breads with a romesco dipping sauce. Lime juice on my scampi but not on wifey's as it can trigger her eczema. We call it samphire in the UK but it can also be called salicornia, glasswort, pickleweed, picklegrass, sea beans. If you enjoy my food posts then please consider at least liking them and maybe reposting them. Thanks.

Wholetail scampi, mozzarella sticks, halloumi bites, pea and dill purée, cherry tomatoes and a yogurt dip (see ALT Txt)

Two plates of food; wifey's has a knife and fork, mine just has a fork. Airfried breaded wholetail scampi, breaded mozzarella sticks, breaded halloumi bites. Pea and fresh dill purée, which was runnier than intended so had to go in ramekins. Dip of greek yogurt, fresh dill, capers, wholegrain mustard, which wasn't as runny as anticipated, so didn't need to go in ramekins. My plate also has cherry tomatoes with a sprinkle of salt. If you enjoy my food posts then please consider at least liking them and maybe reposting them. Thanks.

You can’t play soft in a soft market. If inventory’s heavy, your offer better be light.

Old tail, wholetail, flip doesn’t matter. If you're not underwriting like a savage, you’re setting yourself up to sit 👊🏻

Was supposed to be doing sweet and sour but couldn't fit scampi in the freezer, so sweet and sour will have to wait until tomorrow 😊

How do I know if a deal is worth it? I run it through the Wholetails Calculator!

If it doesn’t hit those numbers, I walk. This is how we avoid chasing bad deals and burning time 👊🏻

Expired listings are my favorite leads. Why? Because they already told us what doesn’t work. You get a motivated seller who’s open to real options. If it’s clean and priced right, it might just be a perfect wholetail 👊🏻 #realestateinvesting #wholesalingrealestate #expiredlistings

A wholetail is a tool. Just like seller finance, novations, or flips. You don’t swing a hammer at every problem. Same goes here. Most deals won’t pencil. And that’s okay. You only need the ones that do 👊🏻 #realestateinvesting #wholesalingrealestate #creativefinancing

Airfried jumbo wholetail scampi; oven-baked courgette, mushroom, cucumber, boiled egg, freshly ground black pepper, extra-mature cheddar cheese; home-made sundried tomato hummus for me

Love the way that the cheese stuck to the eggs and then browned nicely ❤️

#food #foodsky #hummus #recipe
Two plates of food with knives and forks The vegetable and boiled egg mixture after it came out of the oven The vegetable and boiled egg mixture before it went in the oven Hummus recipe that I use. Only bit I would disagree with is the sesame oil being optional. As I didn't have any sesame oil I left it out today and the mixture wouldn't emulsify in the blender. After I added a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil it was fine. So it doesn't necessarily need to be sesame oil but it does need some sort of oil in it.

Dinner in this house tends to be looking at what odds and sods in the fridge need using up, often vegetables, then taking some source of protein out of the freezer to go with them

Here are a couple of wifey's recent culinary creations, conjured up while I've been out at work ❤️

#food #foodsky
Wholetail scampi. Boiled asparagus heads and spring onions. Jacket potatoes with blitzed feta cheese and coriander/cilantro. Wifey does amazing jacket potatoes by microwaving them then crisping them up in the airfryer. This time, instead of using rock salt on the potato crusts, she used za'atar seasoning instead. Apologies for awful photo. Essential tremor makes my hands shake. Crispy battered chicken balls with Thai sweet chilli sauce on a bed of boiled spring greens/collard greens with feta cheese. Beef dripping roast potatoes.
