after poking around the internet archive and a few wikifur history pages, my only takeaway is that i am so glad it isn't 2006 anymore.

i noticed that a while ago! somehow it has a wikifur page though which includes the old url if you check to before astolpho cleansed it out of there. only category and thread listings are archived but you can get the general idea, possibly

I didn't even write that Wikifur page???? One local convention is all I can afford, and Canfur was literally because a friend paid for me. But please, keep criticising other poor people on how they live their lives, totally doesn't make you look like a complete loser.

Oh yeah, definitely. Privacy is important. I had an issue where there was a Wikifur page for me with my real name on it, and I was genuinely floored. I think a fursuit photo site is not quite as urgent or abrasive as that, but like I said in my original comment, I get where the concern comes from.

But the dolphin question actually is a good one. They have whiskers right out the womb but lose them early on. According to wikifur, that's enough to make them furries.
