Glasgow has an amazing number of plaques and memorial, with many different designs, but this is one of my favourites. I especially like the shape and the sculpted hand.

I love the shape and detail, especially the sculpted hand, on this memorial to William Primrose on a tenement on Wilton Drive in the northwest of Glasgow.

He had an illustrious career as a violin and viola player, which took him all over the world. He died in Utah in the USA in 1982 and is remembered with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his contributions to the music industry.
